From 2017 to 2021, I studied sociology and economics at the University of Lucerne, where I also worked as a tutor and co-launched the social media account for the cultural science faculty. From 2022 to 2023, I advanced my academic career by completing my master's in sociology and economic history at the University of Zurich. Starting in 2023, I have been working for one year under Professor Dr. Katja Rost and Jan Danko, focusing on a paper about the impact of religiosity on the meaning of work.
Besides my studies and work at the university, I have always been involved in various journalistic endeavors, focusing on pop culture and societal questions.  In 2017, I co-founded the Swiss culture magazine "frachtwerk," where I served as co-editor-in-chief and later as co-managing director for a total of six years. In addition to my work with frachtwerk, I have been active as a podcaster and freelance-journalist. In 2020, I launched my first podcast project, "Erzähl Mal," where I engaged in conversations with philosophers, theologians, and sociologists about societal questions. Additionally, I worked as a host for the Central Swiss cultural organization IG Kultur, co-hosting the "Null41" podcast.
Since the beginning of 2024, I have been working as an editor and writer for the Japanese-based culture magazine Sabukaru. Alongside exploring niche subcultures around the world, my writing focuses on combining philosophical and societal perspectives with pop, art and digital culture.
